38 Times around the Sun
Kit and the kids made my 37th birthday one to remember. Not only did they whip up some delicious Vegan chocolate cupcakes with coconut pecan fudge frosting from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World, which channelled my favorite non-Vegan cake -- German chocolate, they made the whole experience from start to finish one to remember!
