Kai's Science Fair Project

This weekend was all about Kai's science fair project! We all had a blast working on it together. It was so great to watch Kai and Norah fill in the background together, Daddy and Kai doing research (Gaga and I helped too) and Phoebe listening to Kai explain it all.

For his project this year, Kai chose to combine the two categories of collection and research so that he could create a sea animal scape. For each sea animal he choose, Kai looked up what the animal ate and how its young were born.

After the research was completed, Kai choose where on his background to place each animal along with its fact sheet.

After the animals were all attached by Kit with wire, the project was ready to show off! Kai gleefully told his sisters facts about each animal. I loved watching the three of them together in their pjs and tousled hair looking at the nearly completed project.

I am pretty sure that Phoebe is trying to figure out how she can get the little animals off of the background and into her mouth and NOT what a starfish eats or how its young are born!
